ASU’s Center for an Independent and Sustainable Democracy (CISD) hosted 18 EU diplomats from the Bertelsmann Foundation, a transatlantic-minded think tank in Washington, D.C., on November 13, 2025. The informal discussion focused on nonpartisan reforms and insights into independent voters and their role in shaping political outcomes.
