Tanya Kelley is a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Information at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on the implementation process of open innovation, open government and civic technology in public organizations. Dr. Kelley received her doctorate in 2016, studying the implementation of an open innovation platform from the perspective of managing administrators in a public university.
