Masters of Public Administration (MPA) Admissions Applicants to the MPA program are accepted year-round. Students may be granted admission for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters - see suggested deadline dates. View admission information for the Marvin Andrews Program. Download the Admissions Guide. Regular admission may be granted to applicants who have achieved a grade point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or better in the last two years of work leading to a bachelor’s degree as well as acceptable GRE verbal, quantitative, and analytical scores. International students must submit a TOEFL score. The minimum TOEFL score for regular admission is 550. Students requesting graduate assistantships and tuition waivers should have their application files completed by February 1.
