Arizona Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration's
33rd Annual Superior Service Awards Luncheon

Time: 12:00pm to 2:00pm.
At this annual event, we recognize and honor representatives of government, academia, and our citizens, who exemplify superior public service. We are asking for your help in identifying those individuals  or teams who deserve these prestigious awards. There are seven award  categories to recognize a variety of professional and personal contributions. I encourage you and your staff to review these award categories, discuss  among yourselves the examples of outstanding service that exist in your organization and community, and complete a nomination form for each  individual or team that has made significant contributions to your organization, or to public service in general. We have found that the people who are most familiar with the accomplishments and contributions of the nominees write the most successful nominations. Please feel free to copy and share the nomination form with others in your organization.

If you have any questions about the nominating process, please call Charlie Bladine at (480) 350-8563 or Mike Miller at (602) 495-2075.  Please return the completed nomination forms to Charlie Bladine at the mailing or email address listed at the bottom of the form by February 14, 2003.

View the nomination form on-line.
